Introduction to Gypsum ceiling tile

Gypsum ceiling tile is made of paper gypsum board as the basic material through roll coating, hole pressing or pasting PVC cladding. It has the properties of light weight, heat insulation, sound absorption, non combustion and sawability. The combination of gypsum board and light steel keel (pressed from galvanized thin steel) forms light steel keel gypsum board. There are many kinds of light steel keel gypsum board ceiling, including paper gypsum board, decorative gypsum board, fiber gypsum board, hollow gypsum lath, etc. It is mostly used in commercial space, such as hotels, hotels, hospitals, schools, entertainment, office buildings and shops. 600mm and 600mm specifications are commonly used, which can be divided into open bone and dark bone. Keel is usually made of aluminum or iron.

There are two main types of gypsum ceiling tiles:

(1) Embossing series, this series of products have high strength, moisture resistance, moisture retention and easy cleaning.

(2) PVC laminated series, PVC film has green environmental protection certification. After sticking PVC film, the strength is higher and the anti subsidence ability is greatly improved.
